A body found last month in the Dobbins area of the Yuba County foothills has been identified as a Grass Valley man. The Sheriff’s Department says 73-year-old Dennis Madsen was found somewhere on the ground off Frenchtown Road near Dry Creek. It’s being termed a suspicious death but the Department says that doesn’t necessarily mean a crime was committed. Autopsy results are still pending. No other information is available at this time.
