When you submit a Swap Shop listing, event, birthday or anniversary, Pet Patrol entry, story tip, or photo, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it, including any image you upload.

We may edit, decline, or remove any submission, and we may remove listings that are expired, misleading, or prohibited. Prohibited items include anything illegal to sell, recalled or counterfeit goods, stolen property, and items that violate another person's rights.

Swap Shop listings are between the seller and the buyer. We host the listing but are not part of the transaction, and we do not guarantee any item, seller, or buyer. Use the same judgment you would in any person-to-person sale.

Shopping Show gift certificates and deals are offered by participating local businesses. The limitations listed on each certificate apply, including expiration dates and any restrictions on use. The participating business is responsible for honoring its certificate.

Each event ticket carries its own QR code and is valid for one entry to the event shown on it. Tickets are not valid if altered, duplicated, or resold unlawfully. Event dates, times, and details may change — see our refund policy if an event is cancelled or rescheduled.

Our station names, logos, articles, photos, audio, and the design of this site belong to Nevada County Broadcasters, Inc. or the businesses that supplied them. You may share links and quote briefly with credit, but please do not republish our content as your own without permission.
