Shipping, Fulfillment & Delivery Policy

Shopping Show gift certificates can be picked up in person at our studio: 1255 East Main Street, Grass Valley, CA 95945. Call the business line at (530) 272-3424 to arrange a pickup time during regular business hours.

We mail gift certificates and other physical orders by USPS first-class mail within the United States only. Mailing is included in the item price — there is no separate shipping charge at checkout.

Orders are prepared within 2 to 3 business days, and first-class mail typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days after that. We ship to the mailing address you provide at checkout, so please double-check it before ordering.

Event tickets are delivered by email to the address you give at checkout, usually within minutes of your payment being confirmed. Each ticket has its own QR code — print it or show it on your phone at the door.

If your tickets have not arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder first, then call (530) 272-3424 and we will resend them.

Gift certificates can be printed at home right after purchase — the confirmation page includes a print-ready certificate on letter-size (8.5 x 11 inch) paper. You can also choose to pick up or have the certificate mailed.

If a mailed order has not arrived within 10 business days, contact us and we will replace it or refund it. Refunds for lost mail are issued to your original payment method.
