Had lunch with a long time friend and a favorite with KNCO listeners, Rocket Rich Brock, yesterday.  Happy to report that he is doing fine and still doing radio, currently at KLOVE towards Rocklin.  Rocket is now a published author..releasing “Dinosaurs in Space”, a children’s book from Dorrance Publishing.  Sure do miss some of our old jocks…like Rocket, and Julie Mott, and George Rath…but glad we still have lots of talent here in the foothills.  With any luck, the Rocket Man could join me and Rita Friday morning around 8am.
