William Campbell was back in Nevada County Superior Court today. Campbell is the Lake of the Pines man arrested for financial crimes of defrauded dozens of local residents. Assistsand District Attorney Anna Ferguson says Campbell plead no contest to 11 counts of false pretenses as felonies and named several victims.
Sentensing is set for October 3rd at 9am and many victims are expected to be present to give victim impact statements.
