Women gathering to sweat, unite and rejuvenate. Join us for this time to support and lift each other up. The space is available to gather outdoors on our comfortable back deck, with the intention of self-care and simply enjoying each other's company. Bring a beverage or snack if you wish. Let us know if you are interested in leading a free 10-60 minute activity, talk, meditation or movement on one of these Wednesdays. We hope to provide a space where you feel safe, nourished and loved. Please reserve a space for yourself or call ahead to confirm availability. Max 12 women. Every Wednesday 6:30-8:30 pm. $20 Price includes 2 hours of steam and infrared sauna use. Towel/Sarong/Robe rentals are $2 each.
