Khenpo has a deep love for animals and nature and recognizes both the suffering animals experience and the precious companionship they bring into our lives. Through sacred mantra and prayer, he will offer each animal a blessing for peace, protection and well being. Each pet will also receive a special "blessing bandana" from Khenpo to take home. Whether your companion is young or old, healthy or facing challenges, this is a beautiful opportunity to honor the bond you share and have your animal blessed by Khenpo. There is no charge for the blessing. Donations are warmly welcomed and 100% of all donations will benefit Gold Country Animal Clinic, Nevada County's new low cost spay and neuter clinic. For everyone's safety, animals must be leashed, in a carrier, or otherwise safely secured and must be able to remain safely around other animals and people.
