We're excited to invite you to our Natural Cheesemaking Workshop , where we will use old recipes and traditional methods that have been used for hundreds of years. Through demonstrations and hands-on practice, we'll explore cheeses of the Mediterranean, in particular the Brined Cheeses , which include Feta and Haloumi.
