Join Michael Stone for a 21-week journey inspired by his new book, The Wisdom of Belonging. Together, we'll create a safe, confidential, and compassionate space to explore the deeper work of healing the wounds that separate us and rediscovering our essential wholeness. Through meditation, embodied awareness, deep listening, authentic sharing, and relational practices, we'll move beyond simply talking about belonging to experiencing and cultivating it in our lives.
